The primary responsibility of this position is to administrate existing solutions to solve business needs by leveraging 3rd party applications and technologies.  The individual will administer 3rd party applications using various existing tools like Microsoft SQL, SSIS, and Power Shell.  This role will assist in providing estimates and timelines using an agile methodology and will assist in the implementation, documentation and maintenance of solutions as required.


  • Act as the main liaison on enterprise-specific systems by ensuring the systems are running effectively & efficiently.
  • Maintain systems by processing patches or updates while maintaining product service level agreements and standards of multiple major production systems subcomponents through proactive and reactive means. 
  • Update the online knowledgebase as well as document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in Service Desk tickets.
  • Analyze and resolve data integrity issues in the system by using various utilities and develop ad-hoc reports utilizing Microsoft SQL Query analyzer.
  • Implement operational initiatives and projects of high complexity intended to increase the efficiency and provide significant business value
  • Actively participate in conversations, emails, and meetings regarding program modifications, development, and enhancements
  • Utilizes extensive experience and knowledge to improve the existing processes and company operating procedures
  • Manage daily activity and conducts administrative tasks for Enterprise Systems by reviewing and responding to guest inquiries via email, phone and in person walk-bys as well as attending meetings and providing support to fellow administrators


  • An Associate Degree in Information Systems; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of three (3) years of I.T. work experience in maintaining and administering an Enterprise System.  Three years of maintaining and administering ERP, Retail Systems or Supply Chain Systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and in scripting automation tools such as PowerShell/Azure Automations are required
  • Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Strong analytical reasoning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, a focus on customer service, attention to detail and flexibility are also required
