The Executive Assistant (EA) to the President and Chief Executive Officer is an excellent opportunity for a highly self-motivated, professional individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic corporate environment.  This challenging role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a superior customer service orientation and impeccable organizational skills.  In partnership with the CEO, interacts in a professional, confidential manner with senior executives, community business leaders, board members and internal and external business partners, vendors and Guests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicates on behalf of and in the voice of the CEO and the brand, which may include composing written correspondence and/or live interactions.
  • Gatekeeper of the CEO's calendar:  schedules meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.  Prioritizes appropriately and ensures the schedule is respected and followed.
  • Serves as the liaison for internal and external board and committee meetings including scheduling, travel and appropriate materials are received in advance for the CEO's review.
  • Arranges detailed and complex travel plans, itineraries and agendas including air, hotel, transportation and other travel related needs.
  • A variety of other duties which may require situation analysis, prioritization, appropriate escalation and problem solving skills.   

 Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative assistant role to a C-level executive; experience within a publicly traded company is preferred.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office programs:  Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior customer-service skills, intellectual curiosity and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in travel booking.
