The Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the Enterprise Systems Manager and be responsible for maintaining and executing testing of Enterprise Systems applications. The QA Analyst will implement and maintain the tools to automate testing, develop testing procedures and reporting, and maintain the testing environments. The QA Analyst will work with Business Analysts, Developers, and Users to write and execute test cases that align with enhancement requirements.

The QA Analyst may also be requested to help with data analysis and research of the applications supported by the Enterprise Systems group.


  • Lead the implementation of automated testing tools, work with users to define test case sets for automated testing, and maintain test set for ongoing upgrades and enhancements.
  • Review requirements and designs for all systems changes for testability.
  • Work with Users, Business Analysts, and Developers to write test cases.
  • Maintain test case traceability matrix.
  • Track, report, and analyze defects.
  • Lead required upgrades of ERP and other Enterprise Systems applications, including the upgrade schedule, test data, and test systems.
  • Execute and coordinate regression testing, issue management, and upgrade sign off
  • Evaluate test and production data quality through data analysis.
  • Communicate potential areas of concern and work with key partners to identify solutions or mitigation strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management


  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC processes and software testing procedures, 3 years preferred
  • Experience writing basic SQL queries
  • Understanding of JSON, XML, and other standard file formats for integration
  • Experience with Postman or API testing tools
  • Knowledge of test practices and procedures
